A bit about me: I have been practicing as a counsellor since qualifying in 2009. I have gained much of my experience through my role in the third sector, as well as working in private practice. I have extensive experience of working with both adults and young people with a variation of presenting issues. As well as completing many counselling related training courses, I have also completed training courses in healing and deliverance ministry, which I offer alongside my counselling practice.

In addition, I am able to offer counselling from a Christian framework, specifically for those clients who believe that their faith plays a key role in their healing journey. My services are ideal for those who wish to work towards a path of healing, growth and spiritual well-being.

Spiritual accompaniment, healing & freedom
Welcome to a journey of profound spiritual growth and healing. I offer a safe and nurturing space for you to explore and deepen your spiritual life, transforming any unhelpful limiting beliefs and soul wounds. Together we can identify and remove oppression and spiritual blockages that prevent you from experiencing the fullness of God’s love, power and freedom in your life.
Training & consultancy
I do training for professionals and small groups. I design and deliver bespoke training sessions that address your specific needs. For example I have delivered training to counsellors who wish to work with children and young people, as well as training on various therapeutic approaches and topics like bereavement, anger, depression & suicidal ideation, anxiety, attachment and development etc. In addition, I offer training around spiritual freedom and soul healing to individuals and groups.
