You don’t have to keep carrying this alone.

Whether you are navigating a difficult season,
seeking to understand yourself more deeply, or
looking for professional support in your own
practice — I would be glad to walk alongside you.

Below you will find the different ways we can work
together. If you are unsure which is right for you — just get in touch and we can
figure it out together.

Individual Counselling

For adults seeking personal support

I offer a safe, compassionate, and confidential
space where you can begin to explore what you
are carrying — without pressure, judgment, or
needing to have everything figured out.

My approach is warm, integrative, and relational.
I work with a wide range of presenting concerns
including anxiety, low mood, stress, trauma,
relationship difficulties, grief and loss, low
self-worth, and spiritual and faith-related struggles.

If it is important to you, I can hold space for your faith
as part of your healing journey.

Sessions: 50 minutes | £45

Location: Face to face in Brighouse, West Yorkshire,
or online.

Clinical Supervision

For qualified counsellors and those in training

I offer individual clinical supervision drawing on
over fifteen years of experience working across a
range of therapeutic settings, client presentations,
and professional contexts.

My supervision style is collaborative, reflective,
and supportive — a space where you can think freely,
explore challenges honestly, and develop with confidence.

I have particular experience supporting practitioners
working with adults, children and young people, trauma
presentations, and those wishing to integrate a faith
or spiritually sensitive perspective into their
professional practice.

Available face to face, online, or by phone.

For supervision fees and availability, please get in touch.

Training & Professional Development

For counsellors, practitioners, and organisations

I design and deliver specialist training for
counsellors and practitioners working across a
range of settings. My training is grounded in
both psychological research and real-world clinical
experience, and is always warm, accessible, and
practice-focused.

Please get in touch to discuss your training needs.

Spiritual Accompaniment

For those seeking support at the intersection
of faith and inner healing

Spiritual accompaniment is a gentle, unhurried
process of walking alongside someone as they
explore their inner life, their relationship with
God, and the deeper questions of meaning,
identity, and calling.

This is not counselling — it is a contemplative,
healing space for those who sense that something
in them is longing to go deeper.

Please get in touch to find out more.

Taking the First Step

I offer a free initial assessment — a relaxed,
no-obligation conversation where we can explore
what you are looking for and whether working
together feels like the right fit.

This can take place by phone, via Zoom,
or face to face.

There is no pressure and no commitment involved.
You are simply welcome to reach out.
